Growing up in the inner city of Milwaukee presented many challenges for Judell and peers alike. Opportunity and resources were scarce. An easy vessel for being introduce to local troubles and crime. With positive energy and member around a rose still grew out of the concrete despite having the odds stacked against them. Now a local entrepreneur who finds the time and means to give back to the city that once gave him everything in accomplishing his dreams.
